Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per model. For production runs, we plan the size breakdown (S–3XL) together according to your needs.
In-stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days. For custom production orders, delivery time is 2-4 weeks after approval.
Yes. Sample orders for our wholesale customers are shipped within 48 hours. The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order.
Yes. We produce with your own labels, neck tags and packaging. Once we finalize the pattern, fabric and accessory selection together, we move into production.
We accept bank transfer and credit card payments. For export orders, we work with 30% advance payment and the balance before shipment.
We offer a 14-day return or exchange guarantee for items with production defects. For custom production orders, returns apply only to manufacturing-related defects.
